We are absolutely thrilled to share the Tex-Mex Legacy Foundation has granted ten well-deserved scholarships to a group of exceptional individuals from our very own Team Members, in preparation for the upcoming 2023 Fall Semester. It fills our hearts with immense pride to witness their remarkable work ethic and dedication to our company every single day. As they embark on this new chapter in their lives, we couldn’t be more honored to give back to them in such a meaningful way.
At the core of our values lies the belief in reinvesting in our Team Members and local communities, and this initiative perfectly embodies that spirit. It is, without a doubt, one of our most cherished ways to show our unwavering support and appreciation for those who make our organization thrive.

The Tex-Mex Legacy Foundation was founded by Russell and Monica Ybarra. Russell’s parents, Eugene Ybarra and Alice Ybarra instilled upon him and the entire family the importance of giving back to the community and supporting the community in which you operate. Continuing the legacy of giving back to the community, the Tex-Mex Legacy Foundation was formally created in a quest to take Russell Ybarra’s philanthropic work to the next level. Armed with three principles in mind, the foundation was created to help our veterans and first responders, to provide scholarships to the community, and to provide assistance to families that we serve in times of crisis and emergencies.
