“We wanted something that complimented our amazing Shrimp Empanadas,” said our Director of Training, Lauren Dela Cruz. “Sweet and spicy sounded perfect. The peach flavor is a guest favorite, so we decided to balance it with some heat.”

Made with Hornito’s Reposado tequila, peach schnapps, and fresh lime juice. You may be wondering where the heat comes from?! Well, after days of testing, the team perfected a homemade jalepeño & serrano pepper simple syrup to give this ‘rita just the right kick. Rimmed with Tajin, shaken’ fresh every time & topped with peaches as a final touch.
