The end of the year is here, and we have so much to be thankful for! 2021 was a year that threw us many curveballs, but there was one thing that remained constant… YOU. There isn’t a day that goes by where we don’t feel the love and support from each and every one of our guests.

You brighten each of our locations with your smiles, make memories with us as if we were your lifelong friend, and become family over Queso and Sizzling Fajitas. With every new location, you all have shown up, told your friends about us, and helped us fit right into whichever new community we were joining. Our successes ALL come down to you.

Not only do we love all the time spent together, but because of your continued support, we are able to reinvest our local communities in bigger and better ways each year. (Core Value #3) This year, through Plato Soldado sales, we were able to donate $219,266 to the PTSD Foundation of America’s Camp Hope. Bringing the total since its creation to $277,558! Thank you for the gracious hearts you all have, and the hungry stomachs, that allowed us to donate this amount of money to such an incredible cause so far. 

And last but not least, we want to give a special shout-out to our Tex-Mex Insiders! All 49,000 of you have such a special place in our hearts. You’re our biggest fans, as we are yours! You’ve grown alongside us since the program began in 2018, challenged us, and made us better. Thank you all for being a crucial part of our Tex-Mex family.
