How does it work? With you in mind first! Our Catering options are customizable to your needs, likings, and event specifications. We offer three Catering categories: Pick-up, Delivery, and Full Service.
Pick-Up Catering –
1. Place order for Fajita Buffet, Party Pack or Bulk Menu items
2. Pick-up at restaurant, no fees
3. We provide plates & cutlery for Fajita Buffets
Delivery Catering –
1. Place order for Fajita Buffet, Party Pack or Bulk Menu items
2. Our team delivers and sets up the food area
3. $35 Delivery fee within standard delivery radius
4. We provide serving utensils, plates & cutlery for Fajita Buffets
Full Service Catering –
Our Full Service means we prepare the food, delivery, unload, set-up, serve guests, breakdown & clean up our equipment. The catering subtotal cost includes an 18% service fee ($100 minimum) on the catering subtotal.
The Details:
– Buffet service with service team; 1-hour serving time
one hour set-up, one-hour serving, one-hour breakdown
– Plates, cutlery, cups, etc.
– Chafing dishes, linens and décor for buffet table.
– Service Fee (18% or $100 minimum) is compensation for the service team – not a gratuity
– Gratuity is guest’s discretion & optional based on service level provided
Set-Up Options:
– Fiesta Style: An authentic Mexican-style display with colorful blankets and décor
– Royal Flush: An elegant display with black linens, best for formal engagements.
