It is always an enjoyable moment to recognize a person when they achieve a major milestone in their professional career. Many of you may already know but, Jonathan Kim has been a part of our company (family) since June of 2000. Over the past 16+ years, he has shown himself to be a great leader with true passion, incredible drive and an extreme focus on excellence.

Today, it is with great honor that I promote Jonathan Kim to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ybarra Franchising Group, LLC., representing our Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, Jimmy Changas, Bullritos La Porte and The Lunch Box brands.

It is a well-deserved recognition and promotion. I’m very confident he will take it seriously and do a fantastic job. Like each of us, his level of success in this new role is largely dependent upon our support. With this support, all of us will continue to grow personally and professionally and, in turn, continue to be that special place where people come to enjoy delicious Tex-Mex and margaritas.
