Hatch chiles are popular for many reasons; their unique flavor, limited availability, & versatility in cooking to name a few. Their short-lived season creates a sense of excitement and anticipation, making them a cherished ingredient in the culinary world.

To start, we’re serving up our Hatch Chile Queso Blanco {it is 🔥, not in a spicy way, but in a “ooooh muy caliente” give me more, kinda way}. We’ve taken hatch green chiles and simmered them to perfection, then combined them with a medley of white cheeses for a taste that’s both smooth and savory.

Then, feast your eyes on the Hatch Chile Chicken – a delicate fusion of flavors with a little bit of everything.

Gulf shrimp 🍤, avocado, and baby portobello mushrooms sautéed in hatch chile queso blanco atop a grilled chicken breast. Garnished with chiles, red pepper, and queso fresco. It’s a Tex-Mex masterpiece.

Finally, our Hatch Chile Enchiladas are truly mouthwatering – you won’t be disappointed!

Creamy spinach, chicken fajita, and green hatch chiles rolled in corn tortillas & smothered in poblano cream sauce. Topped with hatch chiles, queso fresco, and guajillo agave drizzle that adds a little sweetness that compliments the savoriness of the spinach and fine spice of the chiles. These enchiladas ARE an experience.

This cocktail was handcrafted specifically to pair perfectly with our Hatch Chile Features — the semi-sweetness of the cocktail & subtle heat of the chiles really sends your tastebuds into a frenzy! Try our NEW Twisted Fresca, our fun twist on the traditional Agua Fresca.

The Twisted Fresca is a blend of Hornitos Blanco tequila, Western Son Strawberry vodka, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and fresh strawberries with sparkling water.
