Our Al Pastor features have made a grand return, and we couldn’t be more excited! Before we dive into each menu item, let’s take a moment to appreciate the rich history behind Al Pastor.
Originating from the vibrant streets of Mexico City, Al Pastor has its roots in the culinary traditions of Lebanese immigrants who brought with them the magic of shawarma—a dish of seasoned meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie. Upon landing, they embraced local ingredients and tastes, and transformed their recipe into the Al Pastor we know and love today.Â
