Leading off, we introduce you to our NEW Frito Pie Enchiladas – three ground beef enchiladas stuffed with refried beans, cheese & Frito’s®, topped with chili con carne, Mexican crema, chili con queso and you guessed it….more Frito’s® for an extra crunch! 🤤 We really hit a home run with this one. These enchiladas ensue nostalgia and will take you back to your favorite ballpark days ⚾️. So, kick off baseball season Tex-Mex style. {only available at Gringo’s locations}

Next up, it’s the grand return of one of our most requested guest-favorites for the Spring…the Cozumel Salad 🥗 and it is back through May! This salad is light and refreshing with mixed greens, seasonal fruits, avocado, tomatoes, maple pecans and our Tex-Mex twist on chicken salad.

Finally, to tie it all together, we’re featuring our X-R ‘Rita. We take pink X-R Fusion Vodka with the captivating flavors of blood orange, mango, and passion fruit, and blend it perfectly with our House ‘Rita. For a little extra flair, we rim it with pink sugar.🍸
